Our Visual Arts program provides students with opportunities to experience a wide range of art media. Students learn the necessary skills and techniques to freely handle these art media, while our open-ended lessons leave room for students to explore, discover, reflect, and innovate – all of which are essential to our students’ living in the visual age.

Our Visual Arts program values studying of art history and its cultural influences. Students will look at the work of established artists around the world, examining their style and the materials they used. Each student will then have the opportunity to create his or her own work in the style of the selected artist.
